The ARK Walking Trail currently consists of two miles of wooded trails that sit on the wildlife sanctuary located just 10 miles west of Hernando, MS on Hwy 304 (jut past Fogg Road). In addition, the ARK has an outdoor stage, 5,000 sq. ft. education pavilion, beautiful interpretive signage and open wildflower and grasslands. Construction has begun for an education center at the ARK trails. The Coldwater River Nature Conservancy (CRNC) is dedicated to the shared vision of enjoying and protecting the natural ecosystem of the Coldwater River watershed by providing access to trails, caring for injured and orphaned wildlife and fostering an appreciation for our shared environment through land conservation and education.
